OUR STORY

Edgar Mullen began his construction career in 1977 and founded Mullen Construction in 1982. What began with a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and doing things the right way has grown into a long-standing reputation for building and remodeling distinctive homes throughout Coastal North County and Rancho Santa Fe.


Over the decades, Mullen Construction has built and remodeled more than 200 homes, ranging from thoughtful renovations to custom estates exceeding 22,000 square feet.


Much of our work today comes from repeat clients, personal referrals, and architects we’ve worked with over the years—a reflection of the relationships and trust built along the way.
